United Kingdom Meteor Observation Network has prepared live event for the annual Perseid Meteor shower. Like the year before UKMON will be broadcasting images from nationwide cameras in near real time. As soon as a meteor is captured it will be displayed on UKMON live web page.
This year Perseid meteor shower is predicted to be quite a spectacle and with 20 UKMON’s cameras available there should be no shortage of fireball images for anyone to enjoy.
UKMON team is also very active on social media, particularly Twitter and Facebook.
